The ABL90 FLEX analyser comes with a built-in sample mixer for Radiometer’s safePICO samplers. It ensures automatic and standardised mixing of all your blood samples in just 7 seconds, reducing the risk of preanalytical errors and improving precision of patient results.

1st Automatic
 ready, the ABL90 FLEX ensures correct patient-sample match. Radiometer’s pre-barcoded safePICO syringes and IT management system automatically link patient and sample IDs at the bedside. Once the sample is scanned at the analyser’s barcode reader, it is automatically recognised. The result is matched to the correct patient without the risk of mix-ups.

No contact with blood or waste

On the ABL90 FLEX analyser, you and your staff can avoid contact with blood or waste. Samples are automatically aspirated and blood waste stays in the closed solution pack. When using the safePICO syringes, the safeTIPCAP simplifies the removal of air bubbles and further limits the risk of contact with patient blood, also during transport and analysis.
