Cris literally turned her back on a career in front of a television camera, and now as a Danaher Business System (DBS) Leader and Operations Director in Shanghai doesn’t regret a second the route she took.
When she joined Radiometer she was given the job of spreading the DBS culture, which is based on a lean optimisation process, across the company. “I was so glad when in 2011 I was made DBS Leader and we put together a three-year plan.”
The plan started by re-introducing DBS, bringing the key tools to all the employees and finally now it is all about sustaining the daily management system. It has been a very busy time for Cris, constantly travelling to hold events, but she believes the results are already showing.
